How engagements work
I typically work 1-2 days per week, though the commitment is flexible and can scale up or down as your needs change. From there I establish regular cadence: attending leadership meetings, reviewing architecture decisions, mentoring senior engineers and driving strategic initiatives.
Based in London, I work hybrid locally or remotely with teams across UTC-4 to UTC+4 timezones.
