Engagements typically start with a discovery phase to understand your current state, constraints and objectives. From there I deliver actionable recommendations: architecture diagrams, decision records, implementation guidance: that your team can execute on. I can also embed with your engineers during implementation to ensure the design translates cleanly into production.

Based in London, I work hybrid locally or remotely with teams across UTC-4 to UTC+4 timezones.
